These Terms govern your use of henrysneaker.com and purchases from Henry Sneaker, operated by SNEAKERMOVER LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

1. Merchant

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate, current billing, shipping and contact information.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell original, unbranded factory-made sneakers and shoe accessories unless a product page expressly states otherwise. We do not claim affiliation with third-party footwear brands. We try to display colors, materials, measurements and other details accurately, but screens, lighting and normal manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Product-specific descriptions and size charts take priority over general guidance.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties and other charges are shown or described before completion where practicable. Payment is processed by the provider selected at checkout. You authorize us and the provider to charge the total displayed and to perform lawful fraud-prevention checks.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before shipment for inventory errors, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions or inability to deliver. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method.

6. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong. Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, customs charges and shipment issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Return requests, refund conditions and the 12-hour cancellation-request period are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. These policies do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content at scale without permission; impersonate another person; make fraudulent purchases; or use the site in violation of applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The Henry Sneaker name, logo, website design, photographs, copy and original site content are owned by or licensed to SNEAKERMOVER LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its general content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes product guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNEAKERMOVER LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a purchase. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or forums available under the law of their usual place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
